Plenty of awards are decided in boardrooms by people who’ve never actually used the products they’re scoring. This one isn’t. The British Bank Awards are based entirely on real customer reviews - no panels, no politics, just your voice.

This year, we’re up for Best Credit Card Provider, and we’d love to bring it home. Because it would prove that a different kind of credit card experience can not only exist… it can win.
