- Your claim must be made within 30 days of the issue happening
- You鈥檒l only be covered for travel and accommodation expenses that were paid with your 黑料论坛 card
- You won鈥檛 be covered if travelling against the advice of a medical practitioner
- You also won鈥檛 be covered if making a claim about a pre-existing medical condition
- Your trip must start and finish in The Netherlands within 60 consecutive days, with a maximum of 180 travel days in any 12-month period
- You won鈥檛 be covered for car rental excess with rental agreements lasting longer than 31 consecutive days
- You鈥檒l need to obtain written confirmation from the transport provider and/or a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) for any delays or baggage claims
